Andrew Kibe Banned Again on YouTube After Just Two Videos

Media personality and content creator Andrew Kibe has once again found himself on the receiving end of YouTube’s disciplinary actions. This time, his new channel was taken down shortly after uploading only two videos.

---

What Happened?

In a surprising turn of events, Kibe’s newly launched YouTube channel was terminated  just days after going live. The channel had only two uploaded interviews — one featuring a well-known car dealer and the other with a controversial public activist.

Shortly after those videos gained traction, YouTube flagged the account and issued a termination notice. Kibe took to social media to express his frustration, questioning what specific rule he had violated since the channel was still new and clean of any offensive content.

Kibe’s Reaction

Kibe didn’t hold back in voicing his thoughts. He described the termination as malicious, especially since the content was mainly interviews without controversial language or behavior. He questioned how a platform could act so quickly on a new account that had barely taken off.

In his words, the move appeared to be targeted and unfair.

 Why Was the Channel Removed?

While YouTube gave the standard explanation of “community guidelines violations,” many believe the ban might be tied to Kibe’s previous history with the platform. Some suspect that YouTube's system still connects his new channel to older banned accounts, which may trigger automatic bans for **circumvention** — a violation of YouTube’s policy that prohibits users from creating new channels to bypass past restrictions.

 Not the First Time

This isn’t the first time Kibe’s content has been pulled down. His original channel — which had built a massive following and featured hundreds of videos — was also removed in the past. That earlier termination sparked widespread debate about freedom of expression, cancel culture, and platform control.

Despite previous challenges, Kibe has always found a way to bounce back, creating new platforms, growing fresh audiences, and staying relevant in the digital space.

 What’s Next for Kibe?

After this latest shutdown, Kibe may explore alternative platforms or channels to host his content. He has hinted in the past at building his own content-sharing platforms and encouraging fans to follow him outside of mainstream apps.

Whether or not YouTube restores the new channel through an appeal remains uncertain. However, one thing is clear  Kibe remains one of Kenya’s most resilient and controversial digital voices, refusing to be silenced by bans or setbacks.

 Final Thoughts

The termination of Andrew Kibe’s YouTube channel after just two videos highlights the fine line creators walk when building their brands on global platforms. As content rules continue to evolve, so do the risks of deplatforming — even for seasoned creators.
